"My family and I were recently in a car accident (not our fault) a few weeks ago, sending my family into a survival mode. We have reached out to Katie Haas, only to speak to her front desk assistant- and telling us that it is up to us to handle it through claims. We haven't been helped in anyway nor have we been asked how we are doing. We've been left on our own to handle everything in full confusion. Not only that but we have left voicemails for 4 days in a row waiting to hear back from claims. When all is said and done our relationship with State Farm is in the air. It has been extremely disappointing with being State Farm customers for over 10+ years holding multiple policies to not be treated like good neighbors."
